I’ve been waiting to bring my boys into House of Cuts for a while. I was super excited at first. My oldest got his haircut first and I showed his barber what I wanted. Not even close to what I asked for. Cut almost all if his hair and did not give him a taper. My second son went for his and yes he had a fit so his dad had to sit with him and he cried almost the whole time….again. the cut was not even close. Not only that. The guys that work there were watching a game and were more interested in that than their clients. My son’s father asked one barber if he could get a shape up. He was told that another client had an appointment but he would take care of him if his client didn’t show up. He went to watch the game for a good while. Later on another guy walked in and asked the same guy if he could get something done. He told him the same thing BUT he recommended him to another barber and said he’d get him straight. Why he didn’t do that for my son’s father? I don’t know. Point is. Not going back. I guess if you’re known there you’ll get great service if not please don’t bother.

It was a little odd. I called before cause all the barbers that could cut African American hair was closed I had to work and was in a hurry. When I get there everyone’s looking like why’s he here and the price I was told was doubled so I had to walk to 7 eleven to get more money. My facial hair was ok though.

Without any effort these guys make you feel comfortable and are super professional. I got cut by Jason and he cleaned me up nicely and took his time. Definitely a top barber around the area, but I’m sure anybody there will do a great job. Highly recommend!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI called about a week ago to make an appointment for 11:00am the day before my wedding. The barber I spoke to was Jason. He said he can get me in at that time (on the phone a week before) and I showed up at 10:45 so I didn’t mind waiting 15 mins. But then he didn’t show up. At 11:30 the other barber told me to reach out to him. Completely unprofessional. I literally waited 45 minutes to get my hair done but he was not near the shop yet and he’s all booked up for the rest of the night?
