Every time I come into this salon it is so clean and the stylists and other people receiving service are wearing masks. I have also witnessed Blu and other stylists cleaning the stations, shampoo bowls, and chairs in between clients. Outside of the cleanliness of the salon Blu always does an amazing job on my hair. I am always getting compliments and I ALWAYS walk out satisfied. I couldn’t ask for a better and more clean stylist and facility. I’ve gone here twice and I have finally found my home w/ Blu’s. It’s a very clean and tidy establishment. The owner has hired good natured and well mannered stylists which helps to generate a happy and friendly environment with the guests. Women of all ages come here to get their hair done and I couldn’t have asked for a better home salon than this. It reminds me of what salons use to be. All these new age stylist are missing this unity, togetherness and community when they got rid of communal salon spaces. So I’m happy to have found that again. Laughs are shared, women are respectful and most of all BLU KNOWS HOW TO DO HAIR. I’m a very hands-on client, I know I tend to micromanage my beauty services but with Blu I honestly let her take the lead. I never fear the outcome of when she freestyles my hair- she is an artist and I let her take knowledgeable liberties with my hair. She knows how to care for and treat natural hair with respect. You don’t have to feel weird asking her questions about your hair care journey, she is homely and calculated in her delivery and I learn from her. Thank you to the staff and I can’t wait to keep coming. It’s been my pleasure to find such a nice place like Blu’s.
