I went there to improve my bleach hair root and she gave me an appointment, I went there for consultation. She said your root need baby high light and color top of it so root be darker and it seems good. She gave me $1000 quote. She said job take 5 hours and each hour $200. I went other place and with $350 they fixed my roots and they made a great color. I think that this hair dresser tried to take advantage of me or she didn’t have no idea about market price.
