This business lies about its prices on the website. After my services were completed – the owner/manager (Carlos) overcharged me. He stated that the toner was not included when the online listing of services clearly states the toner is included with highlighting. I told him I would pay him the full price of the services, minus the toner. He stated if I did not pay him what he wanted that he would call the cops. We went back and forth for awhile and I stood my ground. He proceeded to call the police and they showed up to the salon. Yep, he called the actual police. Unbelievable. The officers basically said that it really isn’t a police matter. At the end, I did pay his the amount he was requesting because he was basically trying to get me arrested. Clearly this man needs the money more than I do. Later that day, he changed the listing of the services on his website. A straight up admission of guilt. He is a completely unreasonable and petty person. Obviously I will never be going here again and encourage other patrons to look elsewhere as well.

They do a good job but very pricey when it comes to hair extensions. I had a real emergency cancellation and in that emergency when I called to reschedule my mind wasn’t on hair it was on a cancer scare. When I wrote down the reschedule date I inadvertently put in Monday when they are closed. I drove 1 1/2 hrs to realize this. So I called them to reschedule. I get reprimanded for canceling twice in an emergency. They said you have done this 3 times now. Seriously? Things happen and sometimes you have to reschedule. Instead of understanding, they basically told me don’t come back or we must take a non refundable deposit from you. I only had to reschedule one other time in March in plenty of time to not put them in a bad situation emergencies do come up and they threw that up at me. I said I’ll look elsewhere. I’ve never seen a customer treated so rudely before. I’d spend over $400 every month in their place. Plenty of other places to go. I’m still in shock how they treated a loyal customer. Arrogance only gets you so far. If someone is willing to fork down $4-500.00 monthly appreciate that customer! They style hair it’s not brain surgery.

I went in for my appointment and was told my previous stylist quit a month ago. No one called to let me know. I was fine with that. They booked me a few hours later. The new stylist was nice but really rough with my hair and pulled so much of it out my scalp hurts hours later. She was tearing apart my knots and yanking with a brush. A lot of my hair was pulled out even from just curling it. The highlights look fine in some pictures but the pieces in the front are too white IRL. The face framing is uneven by an inch that I didn’t notice until I got home. For partial highlights they charged $400!!!! My first appointment they only charged $180. I felt pressured to make my next appointment on the spot and buy $90 worth of products. Almost $500 was charged and I’m just not loving it mostly because of my scalp. $400 for highlights is insane. The stylist was really nice but I’ll have to cancel the next appointment because I don’t want my hair pulled. The first stylist that quit did an excellent job.
