Update2: I wish I could leave zero stars because for the owner to leave a response like that blaming the client is audacious. My literal ONLY expectations were a finished haircut and some blended in blonde… there is nothing unrealistic about that. The stylist is lacking in experience and professionalism and was too lazy to do more than some thin streaks because I have a lot of hair, which she commented about several times. Liz, the owner, is being protective of her which is sweet but bad business. The reality is you may get a great hair color here, but you may not, and if you don’t this is the kind of customer service you will receive and it’s not worth the gamble when there are so many other great salons in the area.

First time customer and my stylist Cheyenne did a great job. Got a hard side part with fade and it all blended well. I prefer Appointments over long waits, and the appointment confirmation and reminders kept helped me work it into a busy day. Definitely would recommend
