Critical: Professionalism, QualityI came in here today – for the first time – for a last minute wax and to get my eyebrows threaded before thanksgiving, as my usual lady is on vacation. Let me tell you, I should have waited for my lady to get back from vacation! I don’t remember the lady’s name, but she ripped off half of my bottom lip while waxing my chin. It started bleeding, a lot, she asked me kind of disgusted “uh do you need a napkin?” Yes I need a napkin my lip is bleeding. She then asks if she can finish my chin by threading it – sure, I hadn’t seen how bad my lip was at this point. I go back to her threading station and she asks me if my lip is bleeding because it’s dry out. LADY. YOU LITERALLY WAXED THE SKIN OFF MY LIP. I wanted to get out of there so bad. No compensation, barely any apology once she realized I was frustrated.The only reason for 2 stars is because the eyebrow threading was very fast and there was little to no wait.But I will be sticking to my regular eyebrow and waxing person. Won’t be coming back here. I came in here today – for the first time – for a last minute wax and to get my eyebrows threaded before thanksgiving, as my usual lady is on vacation. Let me tell you, I should have waited for my lady to get back from vacation! I don’t remember the lady’s name, but she ripped off half of my bottom lip while waxing my chin.
