Sorry (I hate to do this to a new business in the Imperial Valley) but BOTH of my appointments for a lash lift were cancelled for ridiculous reasons. ☹️ Once, because I was 5 minutes late, and the second time because their power went out! Both times, staff was rude and unprofessional, and unwilling to reschedule in a timely manner. It seems like they do not want new clients – in fact, it seems like they do not care! Never again – these ladies need a courtesy and professionalism training.
