Late into the game, but I had my haircut done by Josh 8/6. Let me start by saying, he is really one of the best barbers I’ve ever been to. I’m trying to let my hair grow out, and from where I live, most barbers don’t know how to cut or style medium length, and Josh was really knowledgeable about this style and length I’m going for. Takes his time, which I appreciate because he really helps you understand what you got, while my past experiences with other barbers have been a quick and done, you’re out of sort of experience. He’ll guide you with some neat points on how to achieve certain looks and what you’ll need to get that style. I’m new into the game of styling and definitely any kind of help and guide points I appreciate, and this place seems to be the place to go for any starters.

Wow! – House of Aanuko, thank you. Not only did I receive a top notch haircut, easily the best haircut I’ve had to date, shout out Aaron, but also an incredible experience. I found Aanuko after hearing that Joe (Blumaan on YouTube) was starting a barber shop. The vibes were immaculate and I was impressed especially by their drink selection and their in-house photo studio. Josh took care of me, and I had a great conversation with him and he gave me some excellent hair care tips. I told him what I wanted roughly and he helped me narrow it down. We took some after-pics at the studio, and he sent me out with a cream and a clay I said I liked. Overall such a great experience, and I booked a follow-up on the spot. I recommend checking out Aanuko whenever you’re able.

First time ever reviewing something, so you know this place is good. This was the best experience I’ve had with a haircut (I’ve been to van michaels, etc). Josh talked with me to really understand what I was looking for and executed it perfectly. He spent extra time to make sure it was everything I wanted and more – I’ve never been happier with a haircut. He’s also just fun to talk to!
