Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityI was very disappointed with their customer service and their overall attitude. I booked an appointment with this establishment for 2PM today to treat our mom for a belated mother’s day. We get there two minutes before our appt time to find the place is packed, which was very off-putting. We told them about our appointment and they told us to put our names down and our temperature, which we did. When we asked how long we’d have to wait, the first lady sitting by the door completely just dismissed us without even apologizing for the delay even though we made an appointment which their establishment required. We were rudely ignored when we inquired how long we would have to wait or even if we had to put our phone number down, so they could give us a call if it wouldn’t be too long of a wait. I only considered this place rather than going to NHP or even Jericho Tpke because of the close proximity, good reviews and their fair price. We ended up going to another nail salon in Garden City and thank God they were kind enough to take us in and we had a great experience and mom really enjoyed it. I was very disappointed with their customer service and their overall attitude. I booked an appointment with this establishment for 2PM today to treat our mom for a belated mother’s day.
