This was my first time visiting this location after searching for many waxing places near me. I came across Hot Wax because they had really great reviews. Scheduling the appointment online was very fast and easy. When I walked into Hot Wax, I was greeted by everyone there and they were all so friendly and nice! I had my eyebrow waxing service done by Mittal and she was very friendly and nice too! She did a great job on my brows and I loved how they looked really nice and clean after. She was also able to have my husband have his brows waxed too and he loved it too! We will definitely be coming back!

I went to Hot wax for the first time today. Cleanliness is one of the first things I look for in my go to self care establishments. This place was very clean and inviting. I was greeted by the owner who was very welcoming. Desti provided my wax service and she did great she was very quick and efficient. I must say the service was much better than European wax center way less pain, quicker , and more reasonably priced. I will be retuning in the near future, Thank you ladies !

I have had some traumatic experiences with Brazilian waxes more than 5 years ago. I got the courage to try again and after research, I selected Mittal and honestly that was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. She is a perfectionist, very comforting and talks me through the entire experience. She is flexible; we learned a countdown to 3 is best for me to brace myself and she is always so accommodating. I have my third wax scheduled soon and could not go to see her again without leaving a review.

I went to Hot Wax in White Marsh today for the first time for a Brazilian wax with Mittal. It was my first time so I was understandably nervous, but she was so calm and reassuring. She talked to me through the whole wax and it was over in 5 mins! I love it! She also offered to thread and tint my brows when I mentioned I had mistakenly scheduled those services for another day. I cannot recommend Mittal enough! I will definitely be back 🙂

If anyone is dealing with hormonal acne, I would strongly recommend going to see Mittal at Hotwax whitemarsh / baltimore location. I came to Mittal in June struggling to get my hormonal acne under control it came out of nowhere. I had tried everything at that point. Clean diet, staying hydrated, sleeping, I had a skincare routine that I stuck with and nothing seemed to help me..Mittal performed a facial on me, many extractions, and recommended a skin care routine to me using the IMAGE and PCA products that she thought would be best for my skin. My face is now clear and glowing. I actually get compliments on my skin which I never thought would be possible.
