I’ve been here twice. The first time was an amazing experience and my nails looked so cute. I just went yesterday for the second time and had a HORRIBLE experience. The guy took off my old gel with a drill, dust everywhere, cut my nails, did not shape them or ask me how I wanted them to look and started painting over them. I hadn’t washed my hands (my hands were covered in dust the whole time) and he didn’t cut my cuticles or anything. I wanted a simple design on my ring finger and he would spend 30 seconds doing it and then say he couldn’t do it because my nail was too short. He had an attitude the whole time and had another client he was working on the same time which was why he rushed through mine. Finally, someone else took over to try the design. They spent a lot more time trying but still couldn’t do it so I went with something else. She also did most of the manicure part (cutting cuticles and hang nails) AFTER the new gel had already been put on. I’m assuming she thought he missed spots but in fact he never did the manicure part. All of the nails that the guys did, when done, were lumpy and bumpy and looked awful. I told them and they just did another layer of matte gloss over them. I’m so upset I sat there for 2.5 hours and ended up with hot garbage as my nails. And paying almost $40 for it. So not worth it, I wouldn’t touch this place with a 10 foot pole after my experience here.

I used to come here all the time to get my nails done but they must have gotten new because i don’t recognize any one working here now. I picked out a light blue color and they did a gray/purple color… none of my nails are the same shape. They are supposed to be square but the corners are all rounded out and some are coffin shape and some are wide square. kinda sad cuz i loved the old staff 🙁

Everyone keeps to themselves working on their client. They are not like those nail places where they are talking bad about you. They do great work. David (I believe that’s the owners name) was so friendly while I waited, even came and started up a chat with me. Such great quality service. Mia did such an amazing job with my acrylics! She was speedy and efficient and the nails turned out exactly how I wanted them. I usually have issues with my nails coming too thin or too thick but she did it perfectly! If you have that problem too I would definitely recommend coming here. Everyone there was also so sweet during my visit and they all loved the nails too!

I am there regular customer and this was my favorite salon. Not sure what happened to this place. If its new management or just the staff cuz Staff is definitely different. Last time the the gel nail polish chipped in 2 days . This time the nail coat is so horrible and uneven coating. I asked the lady 2-3 times the coat is uneven but she just did nothing to fix it and i in the end gave up explaining to her. Sadly this will be my last time at this place.
