Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueRecently moved to Hickory. I’m so happy I found Hot Mess! (which is what my hair was) I’ve tried a few salons that were ok but I wasn’t able to get the haircut and color I was looking for. Tasha was able to take my pictures and desire for what I wanted and give me exactly what I was looking for. Tasha is so friendly, you feel like you’ve known her for years. I would highly recommend giving her a try. The salon is cozy, warm and a welcoming space. The only thing missing was my comfy PJ’s and fluffy socks and I could have hung out for hours. Easy parking. She was on time for my appointment and other that followed after me. She didn’t push any products on me which I appreciated. Recently moved to Hickory. I’m so happy I found Hot Mess! (which is what my hair was) I’ve tried a few salons that were ok but I wasn’t able to get the haircut and color I was looking for. Tasha was able to take my pictures and desire for what I wanted and give me exactly what I was looking for. Tasha is so friendly, you feel like you’ve known her for years. Through Covid19, I had trimmed on my pixie, and as you can imagine, was in bad shape, needing a “real” haircut and color. Tasha did a fabulous job and I happily scheduled my next appointment!
