They promote one talented lash tech on their page and have online booking. They don’t tell you that the lash tech they promote the most on instagram is not available. I booked. I was confirmed with another lash tech who does not have enough photos to document her work. These are my EYES. I called to see if I can change and was told the person I wanted is not accepting new clientele. The manager goes straight to talking about her cancellation policy. Yes you can have the 132 dollars. No problem ,but you just lost a client that would have gotten monthly facials , weekly blow drys and lashes. Your lost and it’s unfortunate because I thought the salon was cute and I am a new resident in this town.
