Paul did and excellent job on trimming my beard, eyebrows and hair. Also a close shave on the back of my neck. Their website is a bit frustrating. I still don’t know what they mean by “no transformations?” I was 10 to 15 minutes late for my appointment, and he was really nice about it. Excellent choice.

Paul is actually the best in Gadsden. I’ve been using him for over 2 years now. His attention to detail is next level and his cuts are super fresh. The shave is the best part. I’ve have beard trim, full shave, and hair cuts and I’ve never been disappointed. He is as flexible as he can. If you honor and respect his time, he will go above and beyond to do the same for you.

Before I arrived for my appointment I was starting to look like a caveman with a huge woolly beard. After my appointment I looked like a caveman with a professionally trimmed and shaped beard. The music playing in the background was great, and the whole place was very clean. The barber took his time and made sure I was happy with the end results. Needless to say, I am extremely happy, and what’s ultimately more important, my wife is happy with it. I didn’t catch the guys name, but he did an excellent job on my beard. Before I arrived for my appointment I was starting to look like a caveman with a huge woolly beard. After my appointment I looked like a caveman with a professionally trimmed and shaped beard. The music playing in the background was great, and the whole place was very clean. The barber took his time and made sure I was happy with the end results. Needless to say, I am extremely happy, and what’s ultimately more important, my wife is happy with it. This will definitely be the place I go to from now on for beard trims and hair cuts!

My first few haircuts after moving to Gadsden, AL were fairly solid. Unfortunately, the last couple cuts I’ve gotten have been less than stellar. My old barber where I used to live laughed when I went in for her to fix it after already paying $20 after a tip. This time, when he made the same mistake — left so much hair near the top and gave me pretty much a bowl cut, I asked him to take more off, that is was too long, he told me no and then that was the end of the cut. Going to have to look elsewhere.

If there were more than 5 stars, HRBS would get them all. Tedious attention to detail and cleanliness are very evident. I got my first cut from Mr. Knowles this evening, and it WILL NOT be my last from him. Be sure to schedule an appointment because he stays booked. You’ll find out why when you get there!
