Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst, I’d like to say that ALL the staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel entirely at home while you’re there. The shop is clean and well-kept. However, my issue lies within the quality for the price. I paid **triple** what I normally pay to get my hair done and the results are not 3x better. My hair is uneven and It’s somewhat embarrassing to go in public as a fake-blonde with a bleach & tone job that is not up to standard. I expressed that I was leaving for an important trip and would be taking lots of photos as my hair was getting done. I have been wearing hats in all of my photos and in public because my hair is two different colors despite multiple showers, conditioners, and purple shampoo treatments. I was told it would fade but it has not, even slightly. If anything, it has just gotten more noticeable as time goes on. I’m upset about the quality of service but I’d like to repeat that the staff are very friendly and endearing.**update: despite posting this review 3 weeks ago (which the business email would get notified I did) no one has called or emailed me about this service. I’m out $150 and have to constantly wear hats to look vaguely presentable. As a customer I feel pretty ignored and like my business has no meaning to them. It’s sad because I was looking to transition my usual bleach/tone to a more professional salon permanently but it’s been shown to me that this is not the place for that. Despite the staff being friendly in person, I feel differently about the business and how it’s managed now. I’m a manager myself and immediately call/email/respond to reviews from customers that have issues.
