I messaged last minute and he was able to schedule me in that day day. I told him what I wanted upon arrival, and he did well. I’ve been trying to find a real barber that is consistent for years without going to a salon. I’ve gone to Daawan 4 or 5 times now and it has been consistently the best haircut I’ve ever had. You might save $10 going somewhere else but walking out feeling like you got a great cut is well worth the cost, especially if you’ve ever walked out of one of those other places feeling like you got a botched haircut. Daawan is meticulous and he takes the time to figure out the look you want and do it right rather than churning out a haircut every 20 minutes. Don’t hesitate.
