I have found my new nail salon! I scheduled a spa pedicure appointment with Lisa a few weeks out via Yelp (which was super easy, BTW). I was sent email reminders leading up to the appointment, including one where I needed to confirm. They are very upfront with their cancellation policy, and they send you enough reminders so you don’t forget. I love that!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI didn’t want to leave a review, but it’s been a week and my manicure is already falling apart. Don’t waste your money here if you’re going for a next gen manicure. 4 of my fingers have scabs on them because of the filing. Some of the nail techs were eating, not wearing masks, or washing their hands in front of customers. Tech didn’t even ask if the opacity was okay. I basically paid $42 to have a clear coat, which is pointless. And now the dip powder is starting to chip and that’s never even happened to me before. Don’t waste your money here if you’re going for a next gen manicure. 4 of my fingers have scabs on them because of the filing. Came here for the first time on this past Tuesday because my salon was all booked for the day. Paid $40 for a french gel manicure. I am not rough with my hands by any means, and I get gel manicures every 3 or so weeks and every time I do them anywhere else they do not chip until at LEAST week 2. Well, it is Friday now and every single nail had a chip or lifting on the edges. At this point I just took them all off, and the ease of taking off the polish with no acetone JUST my hands just shows the poor quality of product used…. Or maybe even the process itself. Employees were friendly, but location definitely wasn’t well kept, which I overlooked because again I need this mani ASAP and the nail tech was pretty sweet. At the end of the day what matters to me really is just the longevity of the manicure lasting, I could care less about the environment realistically, but to get a $40(more than my usual) manicure that lasted me FOUR DAYS is beyond me. I thought about going back to have the chipped nails fixed, but it isn’t even worth it, it will probably chip again in two days. Definitely don’t recommend if you want a quality, lasting manicure and bang for your buck.

Lisa is who I see weekly or every 2 weeks. She is terrific. I highly recommend Hot Tips if you want your nails and toes to look fabulous. I highly recommend Hot Tips if you want your nails and toes to look fabulous. My nails last 2 weeks when I use gel polish and when I get regular manicures they last for 6-7 days. Horrible! I came in to get my top coat removed since it’s started to peel after just one week of having them done. The lady refuses my service even after telling her I would pay for the top coat . Always accused me of being high . Worst customer service ever. Do not recommend . They don’t even know how to set fake nails on properly
