I’ve been coming here for as long as it’s been Hot Tips. And I love it!! Definitely the best place in Columbus to get your nails, pedicure, eyelashes, and waxing services. Prices are average. You probably will wait awhile cause everyone loves this shop, but they do accommodate. Vending machine for snacks and drinks. My nails always last at least a month before I need a balance. And I request different nail art everytime, and it’s on point. And my pedicures always look amazing. Definitely recommend this place to everyone who asks where I go, which is a lot lol

They are very good at acrylics but they refuse to do any type of design. They will only polish. I feel as if they are kinda overpricedalso. They push gel polish on you majorly and THAT is extremely overpriced. Love my nail, just wish they were designed.

I like going here. I’m always happy with my nails. Wuan is really good. He has good attention to detail, is polite and listens well. I feel very comfortable telling him what i want. I haven’t been able to find that around columbus. My nails are always proportionate with no lumps or dips or anything. I most definitely recommend checking this place out.

Hot tips is a good place to get your nails done. The only problem I have is that you can’t make an appointment it goes by first come first serve basis & ain’t no telling how many people ahead of you. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve only been to Hot Tips once because it’s a little far from my condo, about 20 minutes w/ light traffic (I live in Polaris) I was in the area & my regular place was booked. The salon was PACKED, which is a good sign because that means they’re good at what they do. I did have to wait about an hour, but it was definitely well worth the wait! They were clean, friendly, professional, and accommodating while I waited. The prices are average, especially for very good quality. The only reason I gave 4 ⭐️ vs. 5 is because of the wait. It was my fault though, because I was a walk-in on the busiest day, Saturday. Other than that- definitely worth 5 ⭐️ I wish there was a 4.5 star option I’d just recommend to schedule an appointment if possible. I’ve only been to Hot Tips once because it’s a little far from my condo, about 20 minutes w/ light traffic (I live in Polaris) I was in the area & my regular place was booked. The salon was PACKED, which is a good sign because that means they’re good at what they do. I did have to wait about an hour, but it was definitely well worth the wait! Burned my friend’s face with the wax. She wanted eyebrow tinting and that turned out terrible too. But the worst part is the smell! The pace is not ventilated at all we had to take turns keeping my daughter outside. I got a headache immediately. Oh another fun fact: They go around yelling “one dollar!” trying to sell you water and crackers like you’re at baseball game!
