I started going to this salon back in 2019 right before the pandeminc hit I chose to continue servies with them after the pandemic because they were quick, nice and my nails always came out how I wanted. I made a decions to NEVER go back this salon again a few months ago and I didnt really want to write a review but it still urks me to this day. The last time I went to get my nails done I was asked to have a seat, they were celarly busy and i didnt mind being patient. There were filtering people in and out when it came to my turn a girl and her friend walked in saying they called earlier and made an appointment, i was like okay cool i can wait a little bit longer then I ll be up. NO when it was my turn again another girl walked in talking about her nails were messed up (The paint was lifting) they decided to help the girl who out even getting me seated or telling me how much longer. I ended up waiting for 2 hours. When I fianlly hadf enough I went outside and called my boyfriendto let him know how much time i just wasted and that I was going to finish my order errands. I started walking to my car and the owner came running out saying they could get me in it would just be a few more minuets. I was already at my wits end I declined the opportunity to wait longer and she tried to give me a (Three doll off) card LOL like my time is only worth three dollars… no thank you, it didnt make up for the time I wasted. They have no time management skills, or communication skills when it comes to informing clients of what is going on. I do not recommend going here and if you do go make sure you call in advance bc it does not matter if you’re a long time customer/client.

I’ve been acouple times and they do pretty good. It just depends on the person you get doing your nails because not everyone does it the same. You get what you pay for and they have reasonable pricing. Picture is after one week.

Worse set I’ve ever had. I came here because my friend said they were a good price (she only paid $30 for acrylic nails with shellac polish, coffin shaped, and two colors) they tried charging me $50 and I told them I was going to go somewhere else but she’d already put two nails on and said she’d do $40. I kept asking her to make them not as wife and she kept filing the tops down making them way shorter than I asked for and completely defeating the purpose of filing the sides. She also broke off two nails while trying to file them. They have the worst color selection I’ve seen. Terrible customer service and one of their children was sitting in the pedicure chair playing some video game extremely loud with repetitive music and yelling on the game. I will never return there or recommend this place to anyone. They think this is worth $50???

I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. I was waiting for 20mins and when a female and her friend came they got taken care of right away and they didn’t have an apt! There customer services suck and they told my friend she has fat fingers!? So uncalled for.
