Not pleased with my experience here at all! Me and my husband came in to get a couples massage. We called and scheduled an appointment ahead of time and when we got there we were greeted by staff that didn’t know any English. They made it seem like we were imposing on their night. After paying in full and being forced to tip $20 each before hand, we were very disappointed! When we got into the room there were no sheets to put over us. A staff member walked in on us 3 times when we were not decent!! Our bad experience here was only beginning. During our massage the lights were on the whole time and very bright, music was started halfway through the massage, and the staff was in and out and talking to each other the whole time. The massage lasted a total of 40 minutes!! When we paid for 60! We were then basically kicked out the door! I expect a full refund! Hoping I can sort this out here because I cannot even communicate with the staff.

Deep tissue wasn’t great missed a lot of spots. Paid for an hour and probably only got 40 mins the masseuse kept leaving the room sounded like she was on the phone.

I was given a gift card and they wouldn’t even let me use it. They kept giving me excuses like that is from our old boss and no longer valid or we are just employees and can’t help you. They told me to come back another day even though I had made an appointment. Total scam artists. There should be a zero star option for this place. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Came in for a foot massage but my wife loved it so much she ended up getting a back massage. Wonderful healthy atmosphere and a great place to relieve cramped up hands from computer work. Only 40$ for one hour which is cheap. I left a 40$ tip because my hands felt so much better after only one visit. Sitting at a keyboard snd excessive smart phone use was killing my left hand mainly . Being winter they also wrapped my hand in a hot towel. Just ask for it. Google translate application is helpful as the employees speak mainly mandarin. My old spa charged 90$ per hour and the results were poor. They accept walk in customers. I drew a picture of a stick body to show my areas that hurt. . Tell them hard or soft massage. Definitely recommend Happy Head Massage.
