Very nice. First off we was running a little late by 10 minutes or so. But we call and let them know they was understanding. When we pull up they was waiting. The young lady open the door for us and ask for us by name. Made sure if we needed to go to the restroom before hand. Our room was waiting on us and everything. Even though we was a little bit late (only by 7 minutes) we still got our 1hr message. It wasn’t long enough for me lol. But the room was nice and they did an wonderful job. Now they do only expect cash but that wasn’t a problem.

My friends and I visited Hot Springs for a weekend getaway! We wanted massages and called several places; in which they were completely booked the day of & being a Saturday. We came across Hot Springs Garden Home Spa & Massage, called and set up an appointment. We even received a courtesy call back. When we arrived, we were greeted at the door, which made us feel very welcomed! The massages were everything & more! The price was very reasonable for the services we received! Did a couples massage. Jessica and the male therapist (can’t remember his name) were outstanding. We started about 20 minutes later than our scheduled appointment time but the massages were outstanding! Very clean place. Will come back when I’m back in hot springs.

Had a wonderful experience. Wish I could give them 20 stars. My sisters and I came to Hot Springs for a girls getaway. We were greeted by your delightful bubbly Kim she told us we’d be pleased and truly were given a treat. The facial, full body and foot massage were the bomb, but then came the hot stone treatment talking about taking it to another level. Kim you and your staff made our day. I shall return!!

This was our first time coming here and it was an amazing experience!!! We are from Louisiana and the Masseuses Wendy and Lily gave us the best massage and had us feeling super relax. I definitely will be coming back here when we visit Hot Springs!!!! ❤️

We were on a girls weekend and wanted a place that could take all 5 of us at once. They were Fantastic about it and we all went and loved our massages!! Everyone was very friendly and it was less expensive than other places. Also, great parking, easy to find and not far at all from main drag there.( like under 2 miles if that!) Would totally recommend!! Thank you for ending our weekend perfect!!!

I hate to leave negative reviews, but this was bad. The wife and I had a couples massage while in town for a couple days. The people were nice, but it was quite possibly the worst massage I’ve ever had. So stay away if you want to leave feeling relaxed or any kind of muscle relief.
