Positive: Professionalism, QualityWe now come to Hot Spring Massage about 2 – 3 times a month and there is always someone available within a 10 or at most 15 minute window, typically they always have someone available with no wait for a 60 or 90 minute massage, which I find very convenient. The therapists are always really professional and we leave feeling relaxed. We like that we don’t have to wait weeks or longer as with other massage places to make an appointment. I have probably had 3 or 4 different massage therapists over the course of time, but probably 80% of the time, my favorite therapist is always available (I am keeping her name a secret to avoid a rush on her time). We now come to Hot Spring Massage about 2 – 3 times a month and there is always someone available within a 10 or at most 15 minute window, typically they always have someone available with no wait for a 60 or 90 minute massage, which I find very convenient. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityA family member gifted me a free 90 minute massage last week and it was awesome. I had Susan as a masseuse and she was stronger than I’ll ever be. I’ve had several back surgeries and am usually sore from lifting weights and yard work so it’s important for me to find someone who can be strong enough to relax my legs and upper back while being careful not to damage my lower back. A family member gifted me a free 90 minute massage last week and it was awesome. I had Susan as a masseuse and she was stronger than I’ll ever be.
