Love this place. Not only Rich is super friendly and helpful they keep the place very clean and well organized.The bronzer bed is amazing I’ve only been there 3 times and boy what difference! Definitely will highly recommend.

A friend of mine, who doesn’t tan, comes here often for the mystic tan and it has always looked great! I do tan decently easy and had previously been going to a different tanning salon in the tanning beds and barely had a noticeable color change. While waiting for my friend to get done with her mystic tan I talked to the manager about her beds and about my experience at the other tanning salon and she was super sweet and understanding and put me in her computer to come in next time and try out her level 3 bed for free! I use a tingle lotion so after one time being in the bed I came out with a noticeable color difference already that only progressed after the tingle lotion wore off! Unfortunately I’ve been too busy to go in and get an actual package but when I have the time to, I definitely will be going here! Highly recommend!!!

I have been a loyal customer for 13 years but no longer will I tan here again . The customer service from the owner is atrocious even when I brought it to her attention that she was treating me rudely she still was quite awful to deal with . The Mystic machine at times drips water and will leave you spotted , not tan you at times and currently there is no handle on the door . Katie refuses to handle customer concerns . She reacts very rudely and I can not justify being treated so badly after all of my years of being a loyal customer I will find another place that demonstrates polite customer service . Cord is cut !
