Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis is by far the worst Tanning salon I have ever been too. I have been Tanning for the past 12 years in 4 different states and this place is by far the worst EVER!!!! Very rude and unprofessional. Charged my account twice in 1 month for a membership. One for $71 & the next for $91. When I spoke to the owner I agreed to be upgraded for the month since they claimed they could not refund my money. Which is a LIE!!! The next day I went in this was not honored and he was very disrespectful on the phone as well was the worker in the salon. He threatened to charge my account again if I tried to cancel. Smh!!! This is by far the worst Tanning salon I have ever been too. I have been Tanning for the past 12 years in 4 different states and this place is by far the worst EVER!!!! Very rude and unprofessional. Charged my account twice in 1 month for a membership. One for $71 & the next for $91. I haven’t been to this salon in years as I have been in Orlando for the last two. I asked for dark spray , the lady at the front ask if I remember the tanning position, we went over them. The spray tan machine started, I was unaware that once the nozzle went from the top down that was my single to turn for them to go from the bottom up to spray my side and the my back and then my other side. I assumed that it would go up down and then down up and then turn like other booths I’ve been in. This resulted in only my front and one side being done during the session. I went out to inform the front desk lady of what happened. She then called her boss who wanted to speak to me. I tried to explain that I was confused and now only half of my body was done. He then told me I would have to pay to have more spray done. He then “ generously” reduced it to 15 after I told him I was pretty upset that they weren’t just going to help me fix this problem. And that it was my error and I’ve been there before so I should of know. Again I haven’t been there for YEARS. I informed the lady at the front I was really upset with the customer service. She gave a snide response and said well I asked if you have questions. You would never go to a restaurant and tell the manager you didn’t like you food and be told if you wanted to replace or recook you would have to pay for it. All in all horrible customer service. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityWe have been going here for nearly a decade. All of the Hot Spot locations are clean, well maintained, and reasonably priced. The Staff tend to stay because of the decent work conditions so they get to know their customers want, and needs. The owners are professional, and care about their clients.
