Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. As someone who has been tanning for over twenty years, this salon is stuck with old equipment and is not clean. Today, I went for was would’ve been my fourth time to give them another chance, the doors were unlocked and no one was in there. I called, no one answered. I started to write a note regarding my disappointment, when an old bald man came in and confronted me and called me aggressive and demanded I tell him every which way he was rude to me, which was every way. Tip to the old man, don’t confront young female patrons who have to strip inside your facilities to use your tanning beds. His behavior should be criminal, but since being aggressive and rude, and not at your post when you claim to be open isn’t against the law, they should be run out of business because this type of behavior is not acceptable in 2019.

The man who helped me was kind and helped me choose my package and decide how long to tan. They have good prices; I paid $25 for 2 weeks unlimited. Bed was in very good condition and clean.
