I have been going to Lacey for my hair color and haircut for over 5 years and I am never disappointed! I highly recommend Lacey – she is the best! She is so awesome that I am always looking forward to my hair appts and my favorite part is the head massage during the shampoo/conditioner. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHello,I had an appointment with Bonnie. I had asked for a balayage… I have dark thick box dyed hair .. which I understand that i will not get the results I want in one session. I have had a balayage color before and understand the process. Bonnie went ahead and assured me she could do what I wanted and get me super blonde. My hair came out so so bad and fried. It was a orange color … I had random patches of blonde at the top of my head !! And not only that , I asked for money pieces which are supposed to be much brighter and they were not done right at all. On top of that she tried asking me how much I was charged at my last balyage session … I didn’t tell her. As it’s not her business. Then when we finally finished I asked her how much the total was and she responds with “ how much did you think you were going to spend today “ !!Just ridiculous. This women knew she couldn’t do what I wanted and just tried to make a quick hundred dollars. I paid $360 and she only gave me back $150. I had to call my company and dispute the rest. She should have refunded me everything. She texted me and admitted that she didn’t give me her 100% service. My hair is finally blonde again after months of Covid. Yay! Melissa cut and colored it for me and I love it. Everyone here is nice. The prices are reasonable. Tons of parking and things appear to be business as usual now. I was able to get a same day appointment too. Happy!
