Worst experience ever! First came I to get a quick haircut. Was shocked when she trimmed the ends of my hair with clippers instead of scissors! Got home and discovered she missed a huge section that must have been tucked into the cape? Anyways after the haircut she pressured me to get a pedicure at a discount rate because it was my first time in. I regretfully chose to go ahead and get a pedicure. It was the most awkward and painful experience! It seemed to be the persons first time doing one. She used the pumice stone in the tops of my feet and cut the crap out of the tops of my feet! It took weeks to heal! Avoid this place at all costs!!!! They should be shut down, I doubt they are licensed!! Still angry and this happened in December!

I took my son and we went to get our hair cut and trimmed. I asked for about two inches to be left on top, got about a inch. My son asked for a specific style and they pretty much shaved his head and gave him 2 bald spots on the back of his head. I didn’t see them cause he covered it up with a hoodie right away. They kept switching stylists back and forth. When we got home my wife had to straighten out my hair and my sons all irritated. Won’t be going back.

Theres a chubby short older gal that works here whos really crabby. Ive been here multiple times and sometimes she is in a good mood, but not today. I told her to cut my sons hair a little shorter and she gave me backtalk “it look good like that” then proceeded to just use an attachment clipper to just buzz it and not even dust the hair off his face when done. Kim was and the other lady are great, but this woman needs to take her fat lazy ass home. Wont go back unless I know shes gone.

Worst salon I’ve visited. Don’t think Linda has a licence. Wanted a trim on my long hair that has some old layering (growing all hair to same length). Linda combed all my hair to my back, cut 1 1/2 inch off, cut small sections on top of my head, then said was done. My hair is uneven, half of it not cut, when told Linda that isn’t how to cut / hair she wanted to cut more off the bottom, not cut the sections she hadn’t touched.

She’s rude and acts like she’s in a hurry when there’s no other person in the salon. I asked for a trim and my right side was longer than the other, and there were some strands of hair she didn’t even cut! Awful haircut and awful customer service.

I’ve gone to Kim’s ever since I can remember. For haircuts, for eyebrow waxes, and to take my grandma to get her hair permed. I have never once had an experience that was less than acceptable.

I thought I would give this place a try, half way through my pedicure she slips continuously and cuts my ankle open. Then acts like she doesn’t notice the blood and asks me to put my foot back into the water. I casually point out the blood and she smiles and gives my an apology. I then make the logical decision and tell her that I’m done and dry off my own feet and try to contain the bleeding. Then she has the nerve to charge me $20.00 for the new injury. I pay her and she tells me to come back later to have my toes painted!!! Thinking I’d rather have the homeless guy across the street paint my toes at this point. Either they are delusional or drunk regardless don’t step foot into pun intended~

The worst haircut ever… I asked for a simple haircut with layers, she did not pat attention to me when I was telling what I wanted and half of my hair is longer that the other half. Don’t go there!!!!
