Not sure I’d go back. I did like the final look of my dipped nails but my daughter asked for acrylic and got dipped which ended up fine and mine, well like 4 nails were crooked but they fixed them after I asked and before I paid. will never be back. must have woman who are not even licensed doing nails, I asked the lady if the guy who usually does my nails can finish them because she obviously did not know what she was doing and she left the salon completely. I was NICE and UNDERSTANDING about the whole situation and I kept apologizing to her for pointing things out. I know nails are not going to come out perfect but if I’m paying 45+ dollars, I expect them to at least be decent. I had 2 nails pop off ONE day after getting them done. The lady that did my nails should find a different day job!

Made an appointment for 2pm and arrived a couple of minutes before. No one greeted me or said anything to me until 2:10. I told them I had an appointment she said “we know.” And nothing else. Another 10 minutes went by and no one has told me how long it will be. She finally came and said something I didn’t understand and I asked how long and no one ever told me. I got up finally at 2:40 to ask what I needed to do and no one seemed to care so I left. They stress about appointments and do not in any way care about them. Would not waste my time to be treated like I do not matter, waste an hour of my life and get nothing accomplished.

Coles wife- absolutely the best nail place I have ever been to! Very gentle, did exactly what I wanted. Never have I been to a salon where I haven’t walked out bleeding from the drill. She didn’t burn me once! Will return!!!

My last two visits have been horrible. I had a teenage girl tell me it was her first time EVER to put nails on. Then the owner came over and finished my nails, today is Monday, I have lost 3 nails just from them popping off. I should add that I had them done on Tuesday! Crappy job!
