Critical: Quality, ValueRecently took my daughter and myself for nails and pedicures. Cost of 200 dollars after very nice tips! The guy who did my daughters nails was horrible! They had to be redone by someone else before we left! Which cost me another tip! I could have done a better job! Her nails popped off after 2 days! My nails are all chipping and definitely not worth the money spent! Need to find a new place to go! Recently took my daughter and myself for nails and pedicures. Cost of 200 dollars after very nice tips! The guy who did my daughters nails was horrible! They had to be redone by someone else before we left! Which cost me another tip! I could have done a better job! Her nails popped off after 2 days! Positive: Quality, ValueI went as a walk in on Mother’s Day weekend, they were very busy but I did not have to wait long. The pedicure included a hot stone leg massage, and even though they were busy I felt they still gave me their time and attention to quality. It was also a very friendly and welcoming environment with guests and technicians talking and laughing . I went as a walk in on Mother’s Day weekend, they were very busy but I did not have to wait long. The pedicure included a hot stone leg massage, and even though they were busy I felt they still gave me their time and attention to quality. I was so impressed on how the salon went above and beyond “covid compliant” this week. Plexiglass, cleanliness, fresh coat of paint – truly pride in ownership. I felt safe and, as always, had great service. Thank you!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had my nails done about 5 days ago and a nail fell off this Saturday night eating pizza. The nail polish faded off after repetitive washing due to covid-19 and I was asked to wait, after about 10 minutes and another $5 dollars to fix the nail I decided to walk out. I felt like the nail should have been fixed for free.Service: Manicure
