HORRIBLE. Never going back! Very disappointed. Poor work. One of my daughter (10 years old) got hurt during her session. Got a pretty bad cut and that lady who did her nails did not address the incident to me. Instead she glued her cut to stop the bleeding and continue. Plus all my daughter nails are uneven and the gentleman was nice, but was rough and hurt me during the drilling too. Just overall very sad to be spending $200 with our traumatizing experience there. Not worth it. Please don’t go there.

I was upset because my original nails were no good. I posted terrible pictures of the service. I was able to rectify the situation. Andy is amazing! We hashed it out. Now the 30% tip is well deserved. Also the original technician apologized and I agreed to try her out again in the future! (Lena don’t beat me…I am not cheating…You and Andy can share me).

Everyone at Hot Nails always does a wonderful job. They are so attentive to little details and my nails (and cuticles) always look clean and perfect. They also have a huge selection of colors and are very friendly. The salon is clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend! Gel manicures

Everything was super relaxing but for me to pay 220 for my nails and my friends nails it looks like this the next day something has to give because that was a lot of money 220$ I have pictures and videos she was literally over filling my nails to the point it was burning and all she did was laugh when I kept telling her ( it hurts it shouldn’t hurt like this )I will never recommend this place it’s way to pricey for cheap work that looks old the next day

Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI used to think this nail salon was the best in the twin cities. Now that Sam and Ann are no longer the owners, it’s gone down hill. The salon itself is beautiful! Clean and very updated. The services are way over priced, and the quality is horrible! They did not provide the service I asked for, and not only placed tips on, they clipped the tips shorter than my actual nails!!! Defeated the purpose of acrylic nails. The shape is not at all what I was hoping for. And, all if my nails are at an off slant now. I’ve been going to this salon for 20 years. Today will be my last visit at this salon. I used to think this nail salon was the best in the twin cities. Now that Sam and Ann are no longer the owners, it’s gone down hill. The salon itself is beautiful! Clean and very updated. The services are way over priced, and the quality is horrible! They did not provide the service I asked for, and not only placed tips on, they clipped the tips shorter than my actual nails!!!
