I feel really bad rating this place so low, they were so nice and did try to fix their mistakes but the pictures attached are what I walked out with. The white polish was running low and apparently it was just enough to cover my nails, kind of. I pointed out she missed like a whole side of my nail and she just tried to glop more on. Prices were reasonable, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Amazing! Liem was my nail guy today. This was my first time visiting. My usual place was closed. I definitely will be coming back! The process were good and you get so much for your money. The staff was friendly. They spoke English well. The place was clean. Liem checked with me at every point during my appointment to make sure I was happy with everything…..nail length, color, nail file etc. I was also not shy about telling him how I wanted my nails filed.( They can’t read your mind)

My set was called “Teadybear brown sugar” how adorable! I was able to walk-in and be out within the hour. Love the shape & price $$, my pinky is a little rough under but I can file that down at home. Thank you for a nice fill. I enjoyed the paradise slideshow on the tv, very relaxing.

Customer Service is great. The wait wasn’t long when I went and there were plenty of nail techs working so they aren’t understaffed. Great prices for what they are offering. Tina did my pedicure she was so nice and she took her time. She did my toes really neat and made sure I liked what she was doing before she completed the whole foot. She also takes her time with the whole process which was also a plus for me.I will be returning.

Really poor experience here. The first time I went, I asked for a full set and the gentleman, who I presume owns the shop, was very disrespectful. I asked for a style that apparently he couldn’t do, so he suggested that I get the things he could do. However, when I didn’t like the things he suggested, he told me I was being difficult (I thought it was about what the customer wanted, not what’s convenient for the person doing the manicure?). Anyways, I said I wouldn’t go back, BUT was in a crunch for time for getting a pedicure, and decided to go here today. It turned out to be just as bad as the first time, if not worse. I had such a poor experience with the lady that performed my pedicure. I was very nice to her the entire time, however, the moment I told her she didn’t do my pedicure well, she started talking about me to the other workers in the nail salon in their language and kept making excuses as to why she couldn’t fix it. I paid $55 plus tip and didn’t even get lotion or a massage, and had a terrible paint job, on top of the terrible customer service. ***NOTE TO HOT NAILS: Stop disrespecting customers just because they ask you to do something that you don’t feel like doing & yes, google translate exists and we can tell you when you are talking about your customers.

This was the worst mani pedi I’ve ever had. I’ve never had issues with water temperature for a pedicure but the water was too hot. I asked her to turn it down a little bit and she turned it way colder so it wasn’t even enjoyable. The foot massage was like she didn’t even care, she was somewhat rushing through it. The manicure was worse. She decided to give me square nails of her own accord, didn’t ask what I wanted. Then she couldn’t even cut one of the straight. I asked her to straighten it but I could see she did not understand and she just made the whole thing shorter. The hand massage was also mediocre and rushed.
