Bad experience! I usually love hot nails however they really messed up this time. They charged me $141 for my daughter’s full set and my fill. I did not get what I asked for. My daughter’s nails were great though. They charged my cousin $45 for having her fingers painted plain yellow no tips or anything added. Also, they were rough on my daughter’s fingers and burned her skin with the drill file. Also they didn’t clean up the edges of her nails. I don’t mind higher prices but I want quality and customer service to match it.

I set up my appointment, was all set for my appointment.. I am on my way to said appointment, and there’s a bad wreck where I need to turn into. As I am navigating around this wreck, they are blowing up my phone. 5 minutes after the appointment time, the very VERY rude man says, “I wait to long, I’m going to have to reschedule” after I had already drove, arranged my schedule for this appointment. I will never recommend them. In fact I will do the opposite when people ask for a good establishment in Clinton for their nails. I just moved to the area, and they lost a potential regular. I will drive to Michelle in Lincoln, she’s worth it!

Walked in and salon completely empty except for one lady up front looking at colors.. Was greeted and then asked what I needed.. I stated I needed a gel manicure and gel pedicure. Lady immediately replied with so you want a fill those are acrylics right? I said no I said gel manicure and gel pedicure . She took my hand and said no you need to fill! I immediately turned around and left. Scares me that a nail professional does not know the difference between acrylic and gel. Also, they only took cash. Stay away from this place!

I did not have an appointment and they took me anyway but then rushed through my nails because they had an appointment soon she never asked me if I wanted them long or short or round or Square she just did them and then gave me a different color than what I asked for. I would rather her have told me she had an appointment and made me wait then to rough on my nails and do a not-so-great job.

I’ve been here twice now and I love them! Showed them pictures of what I wanted, and specified any details, to which they listened and were understanding and great. Even though this is a small town, they’ve got a great selection of colors, gel, dip, and so on and are good with being able to do trendy nail art. I definitely recommend! Had an appointment at 11:30am, got there early to pick out color etc, never was acknowledged, asked questions, went got money from ATM since it’s cash only, waited another 30 min. Never acknowledged the entire time we waited. Left without having anything done. Rude customer service when you can’t even acknowledge patrons when they enter your business and if you make appointments you should make sure you can get them in at the time given of said appointment or close to it. 45 min after appointment time and still not being spoken to etc, that’s one way to lose business.
