They don’t know what the hell they’re doing when it comes down to nails. My no chip manicure was sloppy, and I had to tell the older guy there too many times to make my nails even because they weren’t cut even. My nails were perfectly even before I went in there I asked him to cut it down to make them shorter and he just overall messed up my nails. I will never go back to them, first time was a terrible experience. My mama had the same problem with one of the ladies in there.

But the technician got mad and said he uses alcohol to sanitize. Disgusting! Helen really need to care more about her customers and provide quality work. Helen has a older lady in the shop doing pedicure you have to watch her to make sure she use clean and sterile utensils. She go to the sink wash clippers,file,etc. Off and go to the next person.( I caught her doing this and said something) this same older lady hands are so Shakey she can’t polish evenly and clean. With that Helen get girls from school to come in and do the polishing and they are not good at it yet so this turns out to be a huge disappointment. Helen will redo after you let her know you are not pleased but now you’ve wasted hours and hours in this shop. I stopped going because I feel like Helen is not addressing the issue so she doesn’t care about her customers time or money. I go where my money is appreciated.
