I needed my old acrylic nails removed (I had put on for wedding) Not only did she remove the old nails but also put on a nail saving agent to condition the damage done by the acrylic. She put on a clear coat for protection and gave me a wonderful manicure. She also massaged a wonderful smelling lotion onto my hands. I had no idea I needed that massage but it felt amazing! I will definitely be going back!

I wish that I could give them no starts! You guys better stay away!!! I had to leave because one of the works did not know how to clean my cuticle proper. There are open cuts left on my fingers. A licensed tech should not create work like this….. Are they licensed???? A lady rushed while doing my feet and it looks like a 5 year painted my toes.

I went in for a Mani/Pedi with my best friend and 12 hours later…the Polish was completely peeling off on its own. This was after we were there close to 3 hours because the gentleman that did her pedicure took over an hour to do hers…I was completely done before he even began putting her polish on her toes…then we had to wait for a different person to do her manicure. Maybe mine shouldn’t have been as quick…but the young lady that did my Mani/Pedi left right after she put me in the dryer. So the manicure was a rushed job, because she was ready to go. Not to mention that my cuticles are now cracking and bleeding, and I lotion them several times a day. BEWARE!!!

This is the second time I have gotten my nails done here, I’ve had the same person twice. They take awhile on my nails, which is good and bad. Seems they are trying to do a good job, so maybe they are newer. My nails on my right hand are longer and more narrow like I like them. (I get oval shape, and my nails are naturally wider). And on my left hand, it seems they filed them down more at the top bc they are shorter and wider. So they don’t match. I wish I noticed this before I left.

Let me start off by saying, first visit everything went fairly well with service. After coming for quite some time, things have turned for the worse. Especially with today, ending in a verbal altercation with the lead nail tech/owner. The establishment is listed as PRONAILS but when you arrive it’s HOT NAILS. I wonder if the city knows about this! The staff do not sanitize work stations after each completed clientele. Which is very unclean and unsanitary. The owner LILI schedules appointments and if you don’t make her write it down she was forget you and overbook. She did this to me twice then plays victim. Today she got loud and belligerent for her mistake towards me. My child had an appointment at 830am and she was standing and waiting until 915am! I had to stand up for myself to let her know that’s wrong and inconsiderate of others peoples time! If you can prevent supporting this location save yourself. Prices are continuing to increase and the results of your nails isn’t as expected.
