I got a French manicure last night and it was a disaster by morning. The girl who did it forgot to put on a top coat. Today I went back to ask her to fix it and she said she’d have to charge me. She said they only guarantee no chip manicures. The pictures make it pretty clear that either her work or the products they use are horrible. Probably both. Either way, I’ll never be back. I would encourage you to keep looking before wasting a dime at Hot Nails.

I should’ve read the reviews before going here. I had the exact same experience as all the other one star reviews. It was one of the quickest and worst pedicures I’ve ever received. Two days later, my nails started chipping and the paint on one nail came completely off. In less than a week, almost all my nails have chipped. When I went back in to ask them to touch it up like other salons do, she said no unless I want to pay for a color change. I’ve never had a pedicure chip so fast. Absolutely terrible service. Do not go here.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI am so displeased with the nails I got. I paid $50 plus tip for a fill and blue strips to support the police department. The strips are crooked and fell off on multiple nails within 24 hours. When I called to see if they would fix them they said to come back. So I went back in and the owner who also did them didn’t even take off the clear coat and put new ones on just put more clear coat on and then continued to put new blue strips on crooked and not even cover the whole nail. They look horrible and I will never go back to this place. The owner is not friendly or even nice to talk to. I am so displeased with the nails I got. I paid $50 plus tip for a fill and blue strips to support the police department. The strips are crooked and fell off on multiple nails within 24 hours. My step daughter’s pedicure was a total of 15 minutes even though I paid for an upgrade and the lady bolted right out the door after. I paid 87 dollars and should be refunded my money for what my co-pay will be at URGENT CARE where I will need to go for antibiotcs.
