This is my 3rd time to use this place for pedicure. 1st time it was good, my heels were exfoliated, nails were cleaned and cut properly, design was done professionally. Service was expensive. Last 2 times, they gave me to new staff to practice on me. Everything was done unprofessionally, especially last time, girl just put soap on my heels, no rubbing, no scrubbing, nails were cut unevenly and totally opposite of what I asked. Dead skin from my feet was not removed at all. I wanted design on big toes. She was not able to do simplest design but they did not forget to charge me like service was done in Hollywood. I am very disappointed. There is several girls that do good job in manicure and nail design, I will always give for them the outstanding reviews just like jobs they are doing, but for this services, even 1 is too much. I know that new employees need to learn how to do job, I know they need to practice, but they need to practice one on another, not on customers who pay so much for services. Totally unprofessional and not ok!!!!

This was my first time coming here after a few friends recommended the place. Loved the service. Mindy was very nice & knows how to talk with customers. Loved that she gave me options for nails & helped me with my nail design. Would definitely go back there again. French manicures

Giving 2 stars because my manicure and pedicure came out good. Would’ve given 1 star due to the service. It’s a day before thanksgiving and I called at 4:30pm to see what time they were open until—I was told 8pm. I arrive there at 5:20pm and tell the man at the front that I would like a no chip mani/pedi. He paused with a dirty look and literally asked me “you want that right now?” Well yes…that’s what I came in here for. He doesn’t say a word to me and calls a lady over to come and take me. Okay fine, don’t think much of it. I start getting my pedicure and manicure done at the same time…no problem at all as I would love to get out of there quicker. But they were rushing so quick to get me out of there and I realized around 6pm when the guy at front locked the doors. They were trying to get out of there. I felt so uncomfortable…now to make thing even worse—lady doing my hands asks me “are you expecting a boy or a girl?” IM NOT EVEN PREGNANT. Man in front made me feel like I was such and inconvenience & I was on the verge of tears with how uncomfortable they made me feel. Learn how to treat people with respect & if it is a problem to take people because you want to leave, tell them that you’re booked. Thanks but no thanks.

I absolutely love this place! It’s very clean, beautiful and great service. The atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable. I had a pretty good experience here. My nail tech Janny was very nice, friendly and professional on my no chip manicure. I can say the same thing about Mady, she made my toes look fabulous! They both did a wonderful job and they are professional. You definitely get your money’s worth!

So I had someone refer me here after I had a god awful experience with my last set at another nail salon. Everyone was so nice and very knowledgeable about everything with what would work best. My nails are very thin but the owner did an amazing job!!! I’m completely shocked and so happy with my beautiful nails that I can never go anywhere else after this!!! (Sorry for my man hands but the nails are fantastic)

I booked a pedicure as my service from this salon. I had my cuticle painfully cut, and the nail tech kept applying acetone over it throughout the process of the pedicure which was painful. I asked them to stop at one point which they did but they never acknowledged cutting me, which I voiced. Never coming back here.

I feel this place was kept up by sky solely ,he left and it went down the hill from then on ……I went to Jen the owner …..let me tell you ….she seriously need to reconsider another profession along with mannerism ….I been with her ever since sky left,right after Christmas I believe ….I gave her many chances to get it right and every time it got worse and worse to the point where o tried making an appointment with Christina,another mail lady within the salon I use to have before sky but I changed due to my schedule at work …..so it seems just because I dared trying to change and no longer go to her ,she gave an order to not been able to schedule me at all …..well that is just fine cause there are plenty of nail salons but it’s a shame when you can’t even get it right but you prevent the person taking any appointments from me ….that is very devious of her (Mandy that is )Thanks for charging me to get my nails fixed after you messed them up completely !!!!!!Taking my business to a much better place !!!!
