Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went here to get a manicure for my wedding day. One of the ladies were rough doing my manicure filing and driling my skin instead of the nails.. i asked to get my toes polished as well. I was charged 20$ to get my toes painted no pedicure only TOES PAINTED when they had already told me it would just be 10$. I went here to get a manicure for my wedding day. One of the ladies were rough doing my manicure filing and driling my skin instead of the nails.. i asked to get my toes polished as well. I was charged 20$ to get my toes painted no pedicure only TOES PAINTED when they had already told me it would just be 10$. They never gave me my money back

Critical: Quality, ValueToday’s service was poor. The owner did my pedi in 15 minutes. I sat in the chair for about 30 minutes before she came to do anything. Then she kept going other places like my service was not important. Not to say I won’t go back there, but not have her wait on me. I expected an apology or even maybe a reduced rate. Nothing.. customer service sucked today and I let them know that I was not happy. Pedi usually takes an hour, this one 15 minutes. Today’s service was poor. The owner did my pedi in 15 minutes. I sat in the chair for about 30 minutes before she came to do anything. Then she kept going other places like my service was not important. Not to say I won’t go back there, but not have her wait on me. I expected an apology or even maybe a reduced rate. Critical: QualityI went and got a gel polish on Tuesday. When I left I realized There were air bubbles under the polish of few of my nails. On Friday the polish was already peeling off and 3 of my nails broke because she failed to apply polish to the corner of the nails. Horrible work.
