Worst nails I’ve ever had. This was just a fill and one replacement of one nail that popped off. Not only was I bleeding when I left, but the skin around all nails were torn up despite asking for manicure to clean up my skin. The shape on a few were so crooked, there is black acrylic everywhere and they were all drastically different thicknesses. I’m not usually one for bad reviews, but this one was AWFUL. Take your nails elsewhere!

Critical: QualityGot a fill in and gel polish. Had him cut a few inches off the stiletto tip. He didn’t file down the tip where he cut. When he filled in the acrylic he didn’t put them under the UV to harden. The polish wasn’t applied well and already staring to chip. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!Services: Acrylic nails, Manicure

I went last Sunday and got a fill. First the guy cut my pinky and made it bleed with the drill and still used all the files and supplies on my pinky while I was bleeding so that’s unsanitary and gross. I asked for Matte black tips and they looked horrible even after I had to coach the lady on how to paint a tip. I got home and they were already chipping so I went back 2 days later and had them just paint my full nail black with no matte… they’re thin and it’s been 1 week and my nails are already chipping and broke. I will never go back here.

It took almost 2 hours to do a dip power. I was exhausted and just wanted to get out. Terrible job. Especially two of my nails look sooo ugly and deformed. And the guy Danny called me picky!! Its not being picky, I expect a good job when I pay $50 for nails!! Such a waste of money and time. I’m very unhappy and won’t go back there. Should have read the reviews before trying them!! Ughgh

let’s just say, I had a really bad experience this time, I am not sure what this guys name was, he was shorter, had glasses, I’ll figure out his name, anyway, he was truly very rude and I might be exaggerating a little bit, but so what, he constantly would get a terrible attitude with me such as smart remarks, eye rolls, mumbles,always complaining when I moved the slightest bit all because I jerked my hand a little bit he got mad at me and the only reason I jerked my hand was because he was filing on a sore part of my thumb. He also hit me with the nail file three times, I’m sorry but what was the reason for that. I am definitely getting someone different next time

We waited 3 hours to get our nails done. I understand that everyone is short staffed, but there were several times where I thought time was being wasted for no reason. They charged my $60 for nails that I really don’t like. The picture I showed them was so easy to do. I have no idea how they could mess it up. I don’t think I’ll ever be going back. I wanted so badly to be able to give them a good review but this experience was really bad.

I have been getting pedicures here for years – sometimes they are great and sometimes just ok but today was horrible. The girl who did my pedicure had such long artificial nails that she couldn’t use the tools. She didn’t massage at all or use hot towels. The pedicure took an hour and a half and the majority of it was her trying to paint and clean around my nails with her super long nails. Ridiculous.
