I Walked in today at 6:01, no friendly Getting no nothing. Next thing you know they said they’re closed… but on their door and Google say 7:00pm so I’m not understanding. Regardless of if they were closing or not the Ora was off

My eyebrows are notoriously thick. When I went to the shop, the technician was busy doing another customers nails. I didn’t mind waiting, however she took me while she told her other customer to wash her hands. When I sat down, I requested that she “keep them thick, but clean them up.” The worker nodded as if she understood. Ten minutes later my eyebrows were thinner than they’ve ever been-the opposite of what I’d verbally requested. I didn’t grow them out for 4 months to have all my hair taken out in five minutes. I am sorely disappointed and upset at the job done.

Got a full set with powder French and pedicures with massage. This was on 7/22/16, noticed upon leaving that nail tech left edges of my finger nails with extra gel not smoothly filed. Noticed on sat night after getting in bed that my feet were rough and not as smooth as they looked! My nails look like the acrylic is lifting and is turning white. When I told the tech who initially did my work what was wrong she (Annie) hunch her shoulders and twisted her mouth and walked away from me. Came back today and I’m sitting here they said they would fix but the woman is totally ignoring me as she speaks in her language to the male tech! I spent over $100.00 including a good tip the attitude I’m getting is unacceptable and I won’t be back. The guy said he’d fix my nails but the female techs doing nothing! I’m totally I satisfied and wouldn’t recommend this place! Customer service is key and the rudeness is not a way to get me to come back!

The people were nice, but honestly, I will never go there again. I went for a gel fill in and a pedicure. The pedicure was fine, but my nails look horrible and the gel finishing is already chipping off after 4 hours. I am so disappointed. When I discussed my dissatisfaction with her before leaving, she basically refused to do what needed to be done in order for them to be right.

I absolutely love this place. Lily does my nails and its perfect all the time. No matter the cookiest design I ask of her, (they change every two weeks) she nails it every time. Not sure about that picture… that’s NOT what my nails look like at all.

I am so disappointed with the service received. I went in for waxing of my eyebrows and lip. When I entered no one greeted or said anything. Finally an older woman looks up, asks what I want, coldly said 10 minute wait (as if I was inconveniencing her) and went back to the nails she was currently doing. My gut feeling was to leave then…. I was fine with the wait as I was a walk-in so I waited patiently. Fifteen minutes later she walks me back to the waxing chair and rushed through doing the waxing. I could feel that all areas were not properly waxed as I have had this done many times before. She even went over a few areas with a razor, who does that when waxing????When she said she was done and I looked in the mirror, I almost cried. She completely missed a lot of areas and my eyebrows were crooked. I then asked if she could remove the remaining hair to clean up my eyebrows. She did not use tweezers, but only used a razor to remove the remaining hair. MY FACE IS ON FIRE RIGHT NOW FROM HER USING A RAZOR. My skin is irritated and my brows are still crooked. I have never experienced something like this before and I will never go back to Hot Nails again. There were only two people being waiting on; there was no reason for her to rush and halfway do the waxing. I will never go back to this establishment again.

Terrible terrible terrible. I went here on Tuesday (my first time) to get a full set ($35 full set including shape and length). The next day, my middle finger nail pops off, not break off, pops off. I called and told them my nail popped off. I observe my nails on the way there and I see that another nail was lifting, at this point I want my money back. The lady in the front told me that they didn’t do refunds and I called it BS. I let them fix my nails and I told them that they do the acrylic so thin and wrong and they were completely in denial. TODAY, two nails pop off again, not break, not bend, pop completely off. I called again and I get hung up on. My thing is, I shouldn’t have to keep checking up on my nails everytime I’m doing something!!! Save your gas and money and just go to cvs right next door to get press ons because that’s all they offer at this business.

This place is absolutely no good. They rush on your pedicure and nails are not quality. I got my nails done and the next day 4 broke. Went to get them fixed and she rushed that as well. The next day 3 more broke went back and they wouldn’t fix. Don’t spend your money here. This all happened within 5 days of getting the service done.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! They are rude and they will steal your money. They told me $50 and then charged my card for $60. When I went back the next day they made excuses for the charge instead of giving me my money back and they were very rude about it. And my nails chipped the same day! They dont respect their customers. Im going to OH Nails around the corner from here on out.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I had a nail broken 2 days after having them done . After paying my hard earned money I would hope that upon my return it could be fixed free of charge but I was sadly mistaken . Reluctantly I payed to have my nail fixed and two days later I have THREE nails broken . This is absurd !
