Wonderful job done on my nails and toes, could not be happier. Service was 5-star exceptional. I got a gel mani/pedi and chrome polish as well. Went ahead and splurged on the callous remover and the pink sugar scrub too. I had no idea what i had been missing out on all of these years. Everyone was so polite and helpful. The foot/leg massage was phenomenal and much needed. It made me feel even better that there were several regulars there when i was getting these things done, good service and work makes people come back. The massage chair was something magnificent in and of its own (lol). It had been a long time since i’d pampered myself with these things. Thank you Hot Nail Salon staff, you truly were all great! So so so so so so happy, will recommend!!!

I honestly love this place, I’m glad i found this salon last year. I do my pedicure and acrylic nails here often, they are very patient, and take their time with what they’re doing, the green color is recent I’ve have them on for about a week now and they still look good and I still get compliments daily. The blue is back in December my favorite that I’ve gotten done.

Thank You Leelee! for my fill and Beautiful gel polish. This was my 1st visit.I will definitely be back salon was super clean PPE in place they made sure you washed your hand once you entered the building and took your temperature.The only thing I would recommend is for the nail techs to wear gloves.

I’m so upset. I was not satisfied. I understand feeling more comfortable talking in your native language but it’s rude to stay talking to an employee and not customer. Nail technician not experienced. Nails chipped in less then a week. Not evenly shaped. Did not clean station, did not clean equipment. Just so much wrong…….

Im not sure if I was ignoring or miss communication. But I was tired after a long day and went to get my nails done. I choose a color and said NO gel. Because he use the dry time, I asked was it quick dry and he said yes. Unfortunately when I got home and decided I didn’t care for the color.. I wouldn’t come off!! Because its gel. Im so upset and very disappointed, frustrated and unhappy with my nails. I HATE gel because you can’t change it whenever want. Which is why I said NO gel.

This place does a relatively great job on nails. The problem is they have to do a better job with communicating with their clients. Sadly, I had an appointment scheduled with them and I was waiting over 30 minutes after my appointment time was scheduled. The owner is a true sweetheart but they must do a better job at keeping the person her made an appointment a priority. I had to call another nail salon and book an appointment while I was waiting to get assisted by hot nail staff.I Recommend the place if you have time to sit and wait to get your nails done.
