I haven’t gotten my nails done in years. I decided to go here because it had the best reviews in my area and I needed a self care day. The two women who worked on my pedicure and manicure were super nice. The massages never last as long as I’d like, but i was still taken care of. Anna did a great job on my pedicure and Hoa did exactly what I asked for on my nails. I asked for an almond shape because a Google search told me that was what it’s called. Another woman there, Lisa, seemed to be ridiculing Hoa saying my nails are not almond shaped. Hoa asked me, her customer, if the shape was ok and it’s exactly what I was looking for. I wear a lot of black, it’s just what I like. But Lisa kept making sarcastic comments to me and Hoa like, “oh yellow!” And just seemed to be picking on Hoa. I wanted a simple set of almond shaped nails and Hoa did exactly that. I just didn’t appreciate her coworker giving me and her a hard time about the service. I am satisfied with my nails and any small imperfection isn’t that noticeable. Long story short, I got what I wanted, they aren’t perfect, and Lisa’s comments were unappreciated.

Need to work on customer service skills. I’m from out of town. New to the area. My mother in law and I were treated very rude when explaining what color we wanted. The first nail tech would walk off saying something every time. It was clear she was talking about my mother in law. This type of service to me is unacceptable…We will not be back.

I just went here for the first time today and I LOVE everything about it!!! The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, my nails looked beautiful, and my nail tech was lovely! Was told manicure and pedicure was $41 and then was charged $51. The staff isn’t professional and always open late, waited 30 minutes passed opening and then they wanted to take all the people that had appointments if they would have been on time.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityCalled yesterday and made an appointment for me my friend to get refills today and we called to again today before we came and to validate our appointment and the girl on the phone said “ a pedicure right ? “ . After correcting her we came immediately after and they started my friend but had me sitting in the waiting area for 45 mins until i just said never mind to nails today. Called yesterday and made an appointment for me my friend to get refills today and we called to again today before we came and to validate our appointment and the girl on the phone said “ a pedicure right ? “ . When saying to the woman before I got them done just clean them up! Meaning barely touch them! So she refers me to Tina who I’m assuming was some in charge and when I tell her an show her and after seeing my eyebrows I ask what is she going to do she replies I don’t know ask her an is referring back to the woman who messed up my eyebrows to begin with, I walk out and as I’m walking out she yells don’t come back, so I walked back in and said why would I come back you took off my eyebrows! The place was clean, staff friendly and attentive. This was my 1st visit but wont be the last. I haven’t had a pedicure in 13 years. I was very pleased with my experience here and will definitely come back.
