Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI took my 6th grade daughter here twice. The first time she was given a fine hair cut with no problems. The second time MJ butchered it. The back layers were too short and choppy, the sides weren’t layered at all, she cut it a lot shorter than we asked and more! My daughter was in tears and couldn’t even put it in a decent ponytail. When I asked for a refund MJ (owner) told me my daughter’s hair isn’t as bad as I think it is and since I am not a stylist I don’t know what I’m talking about! I took my 6th grade daughter here twice. The first time she was given a fine hair cut with no problems. The second time MJ butchered it. The back layers were too short and choppy, the sides weren’t layered at all, she cut it a lot shorter than we asked and more! My daughter was in tears and couldn’t even put it in a decent ponytail. She was patient and spent time explaining the services and prices. She got me in the same afternoon. She spent time going over different colors with me and made suggestions. We agreed on the color and she got started. She was quick, but efficient and detailed in the coloring. The wash included a head massage, which was so relaxing. The cut and style turned out amazing! This was my first time here. When I called to make an appointment, MJ answered and assisted me. She was patient and spent time explaining the services and prices. She got me in the same afternoon.
