I’ve never walked out unhappy. I won’t get my hair cut anywhere else, but any of the stylists here are worth this 5 star rating. This is the only hair salon for me. I drive 45 minutes just to make sure I’m sure I’ll be happy and I haven’t been let down once.

The ONLY reason I am giving this 3 stars is because I feel bad I had to reschedule twice and also because Teresa was very nice. But besides that it was nothing special, pay less at Supercuts. Anyways, I bought 2 Groupons for this place. One I just used for a shampoo/cut and blowout. The cut was nothing special and I was charged an extra $15 for the length of my hair. There was a girl in front of me who got the same thing and her hair was longer than mine and she was not charged for her length (atleast not that I heard..and I was listening). Anyways with the Groupon it was still a decent price. But my real problem is with the other Groupon I purchased which was for a cut, blowout and single process color. When I asked about it, they told me the single process color was just doing the roots of my hair. (If that was their intention I would have NEVER PURCHASED because it is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!) That is not what a single process color is! The definition is: Single-process: A single process refers to any color service that is done in one step. This can be using a permanent color that lifts and deposits, a glaze, highlights/lowlights without toning, or a creative color service with only one process. I am beyond disappointed and would like my money back. If you can see the photos I added, that is what a single process color is. Root touch up is root touch up which technically can be done in one process but a single process color includes way more options than just that. I would specify if I were you next time I post a Groupon.
