I have been going to Angel for over 10 years and she is absolutely amazing. I always feel welcomed when I go to her shop, and my nails are always on point and popping. Asked person doing my pedi for a basic. I pointed to it on the sheet & said basic multiple times. She kept trying to upsell me on the deluxe ($15 more) but I kept saying no, I want basic. Towards the end she started using hot stones, so I asked her to confirm that she’s doing a basic & not deluxe (I pointed to the basic package again) & she said yes. When I went to pay they were trying to charge me for a deluxe. When I explained I did not want a deluxe & asked for basic multiple times, the owner Angel became rude & even started talking about the incident with another customer. Not to mention when she did my nails, she rushed through the entire process & made me uncomfortable. I’ve never experienced something like this before. Felt like they were trying to scam customers out of more money.

I called ahead to make sure they do Gel tips. When I arrived, I reiterated that I wanted gel tips. I ended up with shellac over acrylic. The salon was clean and the staff was nice and did nice work, it just isn’t what I asked for. I also had picked a color that ended up going on far too thin. Instead of having me reselect, the gentleman picked another color and used the original on top. It still looks good, but again, it just wasn’t what i asked for.

It took about 10-15 minutes for the actual pedicure (besides soaking) to start since my nail tech was working on another clients manicure when I walked in.The location was clean. I went in to get acrylics taken off and redone. They did a fantastic job, painless and quick. When I had them redo the acrylic it was just what I asked for. Pricing is pretty good too
