What an excellent establishment and employees! We called on Wednesday afternoon and wanted to book 4 mani/pedi’s and 2 mani’s. Nail technician Patience is very unprofessional I scheduled an appointment January 25th for February 16th and I have not heard anything from her so I decide to reach out to her to confirm my appointment for tomorrow and lo and behold she tells me that she does not schedule appointments for Wednesdays although I have the text messaging between us and she was the one that told me February 16th at 1:00 p.m. now she’s telling me that she’s a human being and things come up very unprofessional sounds like a bunch of lame excuses if the owner would like to reach out to me I have all the text messages!!!!!
