Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have never left a hair salon in tears until now! I went in for a haircut and color. They colored my hair darker than I wanted. I asked my hair to be cut in a stacked bob…I showed this lady a picture of me with the hair cut I wanted. I told her did not want the front shorter than my chin. She cut the front about three inches too short and gave me a jacked up non cut that is in no way stacked. It looks absolutely horrible. She was irritated that I wanted in blow dried and flat ironed (because usually with a dramatic change you want to see the final result before leaving) i left that place with hair color residue still in my hair, a jacked up too short bob cut when I wanted it stacked, my hair barely dried and not style to it at all. I had to go straight home afterwards and now have to pay someone else to try to fix my hair. On top of all that they had two stylist trying to do too many things at one time. One lady was running back and forth between a cut, a color, and a perm. And they were rushing people out. They don’t take cards and no where is it stated that they only take cash. I have never left a hair salon in tears until now! I went in for a haircut and color. They colored my hair darker than I wanted. I asked my hair to be cut in a stacked bob…I showed this lady a picture of me with the hair cut I wanted. I told her did not want the front shorter than my chin. Today I received the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I’ve cut my hair myself, with no professional training so this is saying alot!! I requested a shampoo, cut & dry. I received 1 out of 3 services requested. The haircut that I received was nothing like the picture. It is botched and uneven. I’m forced into a situation now where I will have to wear a ponytail for a few months until my hair grows back enough to get it fixed by a different salon. Thanks for ruining my hair! Buyer beware!!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityFirst visit here, they butchered one of my sons hair, and another lady had to save it the best she could. I decided to visit a second time, and I was satisfied, that I took my two boys there again. The third time was a disaster. The old lady hacked one of my sons hair and sent him to me in waiting area before I could even check it and she had another customer in her seat. He was covered in hair, itchy, his fade was not blended, and the top was a mess. Once again, another lady had to fix it somewhat, and even that was far from superb. This was absolutely the last time I will take my children here. Stay away unless you don’t care about how your hair turns out.
