Critical: ProfessionalismI walked in at 4:05. They did not have their hours listed. The door was propped open, and they had a giant “OPEN” Flag. I asked if they could accept a quick walk in. I was told “first of all we dont accept walk ins,and we close at 4” but they were clearly still open. If you dont accept walk ins than why do you have a giant open flag and a door propped open? Dont t he customers who made a appointment already KNOW you are open? I’ve also never been denied a walk in by a barber shop? I guess this is due to “regulations” but I’ve been too 5 barber shops in the past few months with literally no issues or hassles at all? I’m sure Hot Heads is still a great business and I’m sure the woman who spoke to me is a great baber and professional. but this was beyond frustrating. You’d think a small business would be taking any and all willingly paying customers especially in these times.
