Ive been coming to Dana for 8 years. I have fully trusted her with my hair through every season. The salon is very professional and the wash house experience is exceptional. Sandra is always helping out around the salon, is very friendly, and outgoing. My hair has been through many transformations and each time has been jaw dropping gorgeous. The wax room is comfortable and the temperature is always right with a cooling lotion applied after to keep my sensetive skin safe and happy. The salon also offers all my at home professional hair after care products. Id like to thank everyone at the salon for always being there for me and my hair. You are true artists and masters of your craft.

I’ve been going to hot heads now for over 8 years and will continue to do so. Dana is TOP NOTCH and goes above and beyond every time a customer is in the chair . I travel 2 hours one way to get my hair done by Dana because it comes out beautiful each time . Sandra also is amazing with hair washing and treatments . Overall my experience is always pleasant and I’m always happy with my results . Here’s to many more years !

Jamie cut my hair today and she was great, it turned out perfect! She listened to what i wanted and what i didn’t, and my hair turned out so beautiful. I will definitely go back to her again in the future.

Went here today for the first time and was overwhelmed with how amazing my hair turned out! I had a terrible lightening job done by somebody else and came here to fix it, Brendan did not disappoint!! Everybody there was so welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be going back for all my hair needs in the future. Thanks again Brendan!!

Had a Saturday 1 pm appointment with Dana. Left the deposit of &50. Arrived at 1:10. She was working on another client waited for 45 mins minutes!!! Addressed it with her she said she double book appointments and claimed if your “late you wait” extremely unprofessional!!! Why wasn’t I told this when I was booking and given the option?! If you double book appointments that just means you work on 2 clients at once!!! Not have another one wait until your fully done with whoever gets their first!! She then went on to say my 10 mins of being late means she would have to leave work after 3 pm when they close at 3. I’m sorry don’t take clients if you need to walk out the door. On the other hand, best shampoo experience ever and the other hair stylists were super attentive to their clients!

Years ago, I got my hair colored and wasn’t feeling it after a few days, so I called and asked the owner what my options were to light it back up. Owner said for me to come in and they would help figure it out. I didn’t expect anything free, nor did we argue on the phone… I was expecting to pay bc when i first got it done I thought it was ok but then realized it was too dark for my complexion… when I arrived the owner sat me down and was so rude and aggressive towards me that i told him to forget it and left.. but then I turned around and went back inside to tell him that he didnt have to treat me that way and his boyfriend and staff verbally attacked me all at once. They threatened to call the police and the one lady was in my face like she wanted to hit me even though They were the ones being loud and aggressive not me. Literally the most disgusting people i’ve ever dealt with. I know people that have worked there before and they don’t have anything nice to say about the owner either.

If I could go here everyday I would! Love it, everybody is so nice and its such a welcoming atmosphere! They’re shampoos are amazing and if you’re looking for color this is the place to go! They really care if you’re happy, comfortable and love your hair. !! My sister loved it too!!
