Positive: Professionalism, QualityWe came in and saw Brenna Franklin and let me say SHE IS WONDERFUL! My mom is 75 and has always had long hair so she decided it was time for a change. She told Brenna that whatever she wanted to do on her hair was fine with her. So a great cut and color later and my mom looked BEAUTIFUL! But the best part was she felt beautiful! We came in and saw Brenna Franklin and let me say SHE IS WONDERFUL! My mom is 75 and has always had long hair so she decided it was time for a change. She told Brenna that whatever she wanted to do on her hair was fine with her. So a great cut and color later and my mom looked BEAUTIFUL! But the best part was she felt beautiful!
