First off, let me just say… This was one of (if not THE best) experiences I’ve ever had at a salon. I have very curly hair and typically I’m very apprehensive to go to a new salon. I just moved to the area and decided to give this one a shot. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and was greeted with kindness. I scheduled with Whitley as she had the most experience with curly hair. I was not disappointed. The first 20 minutes she sat down beside me and asked me my goals, aspirations, and fears about my hair. She truly wanted to understand what I wanted. I have NEVER had anyone do this. Before she even cut one stand she wanted to make sure she understood exactly what I wanted and how she could accomplish that. Then she went in with the scissors and in her words, “we can always take more off, but we can’t put it back.” And she quickly but efficiently went to work and my hair began to take shape.. in the end it was the best hair cut I’ve ever had. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Whitley knows her stuff and she is so sweet and has the best personality. Loved every minute of it.

I just wanted to share that Tiffany and the ladies are one of the most greatest and wonderful group of people you ever want to meet. For quite sometimes I’ve been coming here to see Tiffany and these great wonderful ladies with those beautiful smile. Everytime I’ve stopped by to bring Valentine’s Day cards, Mother’s Day cards and Christmas cards they always have a wonderful smile and always greeted me whenever I walk through the door. I’ve known Tiffany for many years. I’ve known since we were around 1st grade I’ve believe, it was at South Smithfield Primary School. Her and her wonderful staff are the greatest group of ladies that I’ve ever known. So, ladies whenever you get a chance to go to Hot Heads Hair Salon, you will not regret going there because, you’re dealing with a wonderful group of ladies.

Whitley is A M A Z I N G fist off she has a great personality and sense of humor so the whole experience is not boring trying to think of things to talk about in the couple hours it takes to have your hair done, then lets talk about her expertise!!! I let her decide what to do with my hair and I can say I don’t regret it one bit!!!she also cut my sons hair (he is 8) and he absolutely loves and also loved her personality as well! Very pleased with my experience there! My beloved and I have both had our hair cut and styled (including glorious shampoos – aka, head massages!) at Hot Heads with Whitley. She was fantastic! Truly I’ve been a customer of Whit’s for years at her other salon (I’m so glad she moved though – Hot Heads couldn’t have been luckier to get her!)… she is a miracle worker! I’ve had short hair most of my life and decided I wanted to grow it out a year or so ago and Whitley came along side of me and has given me gorgeous locks as they’ve been growing out – it’s already long!!! I don’t know how she did it, but the way she cut it, it has looked long as it’s been growing! I’ve never had such beautiful style and I don’t need to do anything to it! Anyway, I love her new digs – the salon is beautiful! The staff is friendly! Very convenient location! Just great all around!

Whitley is a master at her craft. Every time I go for my appointment, she does something different, and it always turns out amazing. I’ve never had such great beard trims and haircuts as I have from Whitley. Definitely would recommend, 10/10.

So I just have to say I have been with Whitley almost a year and she never seems to surprise me the 1st day I walked into her 1st salon I had trash hair and she transformed it into something beautiful now today almost a year after letting my hair grow out and dying it only when needed I took a massive leap of faith and the results are just AMAZING I honestly am so happy for Whitley she came into my life at the right time and she still helps me no matter what I can’t wait to see what my hair journey has in store for many years to come
